When I went to my first concert at an early age. Just couldn’t get the music out of my head. Seeing how the artists performed. Leaves memories that your mind can’t forget.
Let’s get this out of the way. What is the CRAZIEST thing that has ever happened to you in your music career?
Having my first song There She Goes playing in a loop. At a Camelot Record Store. Having people asking at the register where can they buy the song..
What has been the high point of your music path?
Seeing the growth of my lyric wring and the production of each song. My collaborators that I work with, have made my songs come alive in many ways.. The high point so far is seeing my song, Why Are You Forbidden reach Number One on the South African iTunes country music chart on March 25th, 2020.

So, how do you approach songwriting or what is your creative process like?
I look for ideas everywhere. Each song is true about the people I write about.
What do you see as the biggest challenge facing Indie Artists today? Or, if you could ask the music industry to change one thing, what would it be?
Make regular radio more accessible and affordable to the recording artist.
If you could share the stage with one other artist or band, who would it be and why?
Would have to be Led Zepplin. Would be one crazy night of Rock N Roll.
What are your rehearsals generally like? Or, how do you prepare for a live show?
I’m a lyricist, so I don’t do any live shows. Sorta like a studio band with my collaborators. Doesn’t rule out in the future, if we do enough songs. That we could come together and do a live show.
Pick one song that was your greatest challenge to write. Tell us about it!
My Lyric Lipstick. Took 8 years to finally get the lyric right. Just had to get the right rhythm and word flow. Many rewrites over the years. The original lyric that I did a demo. Will be nothing, Like the one we are doing now. it’s in production.
What’s coming up in the future?
Hopefully to release 4 new songs in 2021.
